For my interview, I plan on interviewing my professor. I have not interviewed him yet because we have an exam on Thursday and so both him and I are focused on that right now. I originally said that I wanted to focus on the Biomedical Engineering Society for my paper, but as we were at the library today I did not find a ton of sources on just that. I plan on asking him these interview questions and then seeing if maybe I can take my paper a different route. I plan on emailing him the interview. The questions I plan to ask are:

1. What exactly is the BMES and what is the society’s purpose?

2. How do you become a member of BMES?

3. What do you have to do to stay a member in BMES?

4. What kind of activities and events are involved through FSU for BMES?

5. What are the obligations for the members?

6. Is it important in your opinion to join a society like this as a biomedical engineering major?

7. How has BMES impacted your life?

8. How is the code of ethics carried out?

9. In your opinion, how important is ethics in biomedical engineering?

10. Are there other good organizations to join?

11. What are the benefits of BMES?

12. What are the drawbacks?

13. What is the most important aspect of BMES?
